  • After our call, we’ll send you a custom proposal designed specifically for you and your business. Your proposal will include deliverables, proposed timeline, payment details, and an overview of our design process and services.

  • Oooh, it’s getting exciting now! Once you approve the proposal, you can sign the contract & make your deposit and your dates will be booked. Are you ready to get started?

  • A week before your start date we’ll schedule a kick-off call to review your design questionnaire, discuss the strategy for your project and answer any questions. You’ll get access to your client portal. This will be our home base for communication, project information, assets and deliverables.

  • Yes, of course!

    All you need to secure your dates is an initial deposit that is applied to your total balance.

    We can split the payments into 2-4 installments depending on the length & type of project. We accept several payment methods, including Venmo, Bizum, bank transfer, and many major credit cards.

    We understand it's a big investment; like any significant life decision, you want to ensure you spend your money wisely and align with your business goals.

  • Initially, yes. But, Squarespace does support some automatic content importing from platforms such as WordPress. I will create redirects from the old pages on your current website to the corresponding pages on the new site to minimize the SEO impact.

    Note: Moving platforms could potentially benefit your SEO. I implement SEO best practices for each of your new web pages as part of every website package. So if you didn’t invest in SEO before, bonus!

    If you have a Google Analytics tracking code on your current site, we can move it to the new one so you can keep track of any performance changes.

  • Yes! You can hire me for maintenance or updates to an existing website or for maintenance & updates of your new site at the completion your web design project.

    However, if you’re looking for a complete redesign of your current website, we will start from scratch with a brand new website.
