Monique Melton is an educator, published author, content creator, international speaker, and host of the Shine Brighter Together podcast. She is also the founder of Shine Bright School which is a global community of people dedicated to doing the work from the inside out for our liberation. Having been published in publications such as Forbes, Fast Company, NBC, and more, Monique has touched the lives of people all over the world.
Branding + Web Design
We worked with Monique Melton on her brand expansion and rebrand. Monique wanted to create a separate website and brand from her anti-racism & liberation work. Our goal was to keep the two connected, but distinct. For the Monique Melton rebrand, we created a new sub-logo and favicon, design elements, branding, and custom website.
Branding Guidelines
We started curating a new brand color palette based on Monique’s signature pinks (hot pink & light pink), from there we added a third pink, peach hues, pop of daffodil yellow. The result was a bright, fresh look. To connect to her Shine Bright School we implemented the same typography.
Brand Vibe
Monique tells everyone, “first and foremost I am a whole human being”.
Our goal was to use design to amplify Monique’s message, to give her a separate brand identity from the Shine Bright School she founded and to feature her personality through a bright and fresh brand vibe.

Website Design
Our goal in designing the website was to create a custom design that used her new branding to reflect Monique’s personality, her joy, her wholeness as a human being, mother, wife, and her work as a speaker, educator and author.
